We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor variations in color or detail may occur. Product availability is not guaranteed.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For safety, hygiene, and integrity reasons, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:

• All items from CLEARANCE or SAVINGS sections.
• Items from PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT and KN*VES + TOOLS categories.
• All products from BASE LAYERS + UNDERWEAR and SOCKS + MORE.
• Any customized or altered gear.

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory issues.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and taxes, to your selected payment method.

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Expedited: $12.95 USD via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Regions: We ship worldwide, excluding certain remote regions and specific areas in Asia. Restrictions are shown at checkout.
• Delivery Times: Are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, customs, or unforeseen events.
• Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Our full Returns & Exchanges Protocol is detailed on our homepage. Key terms include:

• Eligibility Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 calendar days of confirmed delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
• Process: Contact [email protected] for an RMA number before returning.
• Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
